Only reason I have this a 2 star and not a 1 star is because it was easy to make a appointment. Otherwise, poor communication between staff. Not reliable with time frame of work. Including drop off and delivery of my Vehicle and loaner. Service has dramatically drop in the last three years. You would expect better service from a luxury brand/dealer. Avoid servicing your vehicle here. More

Always had good experience getting my car serviced at Benzel-Busch. Loaner car was available but I needed to take zoom call. I stopped by the dealership to confirm a phone call I received regarding a recall on my vehicle was valid as well as to get more details on what the recall entailed. The salesman (may not be his title) c received regarding a recall on my vehicle was valid as well as to get more details on what the recall entailed. The salesman (may not be his title) came over to me and was very welcoming and understanding of my need to verify the call/information. He explained every detail of the recall and service that was required. His attentiveness, concern and completeness, allowed me to be less anxious and prepared for the service. He was very clear that this was a "stop drive recall" which prompted me to park the vehicle and not move it again until I was informed it was safe to drive, he also provided me with all of the details of what my options are for a rental care/reimbursement if applicable. I immediately went home parked the vehicle and contacted Mr. Hill to schedule my service. The service took place within the time frame provided and the service rep. was also very informative, patient with my questions, thorough with his answers. I was completely satisfied with all services provided to me throughout each encounter, at the dealership and at the inspection. More
