Disorganized, return phone calls take forever if at all. No repair supervision. Returned car with broken moldings that were a result of the replace windscreen. Did not get the credit promised to me March 2020. I was not happy with the survey. I received a call about the survey we had a discussion and we came to agreement that I would get a credit of 200.00.
