I love Benzel Busch. The service was excellent. The only BAD experience I had was on the day of my service, I made in advance an appointment to meet a salesman. He was suppose to see my car to give me a trade in price, and show me the new car I wanted. I believe our appointment was 10 AM. I texted at 9:45 to let him know I was there and the car was being serviced. I texted again at 10 ask where to meet him. No answer. I looked around the showroom and decided to go for breakfast. He got back to me over an hour later and said I am sorry I was tied up, can you come by now. I was pissed about the whole experience and I did not. I don't hold that against Benzel Busch, just BAD apple in your sells rank. Your service was excellent, you actually replaced a battery in the car. Thank you. More

Only issue was with the loaner car I got, which had issues with the drive shift select (wouldn’t change from Comfort), and the Apple CarPl very good.
