Emergency Windshield Wiper Motor replacement I started out my morning on 5-3-18 like most morning heading to my office when I notice that my windshield wipers were not working well at all. I thought I think I better head to Berger and see if I can get Jeremy to try and fit me in without an appointment. He not only was able to get me in but the replacement of the motor did not take long and I was able to get to my office in time for a appointment I had scheduled. I come to rely upon Jeremy and Berger to make sure I have my truck always in good running condition and safe at all times. Thank You Berger Service Dept. He didn't try to push us into a car, but instead helped us understand out options. He listened (i can't state how valuable that was for us). He was not intrusive, yet was available for questions anytime, and he did was he said he was going to do (e.g., called when he said, emailed when he said he would, etc.) On top of all that he's just a really nice guys. None met the friendliness and ease of the ending the lease and beginning another. Our salesman, Darrell Pike, is a true professional who watched for opportunities to get the vehicle at the best price. No other dealer in our area could match it, plus none operated with the integrity that Mr. Pike and Berger demonstrated.. We will make the drive back to Berger when our other car is due to turn in.
