Frustrated Brought new car in for 10,000 maintenance, and 30 minutes after I left, I was stranded with transmission fluid leaking everywhere and a car stuck on Brought new car in for 10,000 maintenance, and 30 minutes after I left, I was stranded with transmission fluid leaking everywhere and a car stuck on the side of the road on one of the coldest days in January. Service denies any culpability and instead wanted to chalk it up as "coincidence" and a faulty transmission hose from the factory. To fix it and clean up the engine, various parts of my car had to be removed and put back together - the last thing anyone wants to do with a brand new vehicle. Never allow your vehicle to be serviced at the Oil Change side show, I observed one technician poking his fingers in and out of my gas tank lamenting about how he does not like the fact that the newer cars do not have gas gaps and same technician started cleaning my rear window to then get distracted by his cell phone. By the time he returned, washer fluid had run down the entire rear of my vehicle. I had to ask twice that it be rinsed off. So it is no surprise that someone was doing something goofy and yanking on stuff under my vehicle. Three hours after waiting for the tow truck, one unpleasant conversation with a manager named Pattie, and one hour in transit, I was back at Berger. Dustin inherited this mess and did an excellent job trying to address it. I I was able to pick up my car the next day but I really no longer enjoy or trust this car anymore and I bought it brand new this past summer... More

While the bumper looks great, there is a random blob of paint on the front driver quarter panel and there is still a noise in the rear undercarriage when the car accelerates. They did do a nice job of detailing the interior of the vehicle. This is the second repair we have had at the dealership and both have been disappointing. We chose the dealership option for repairs hoping the paint would match and it did. Sadly, there is much left to be desired. More
