Unethical service department I went to the service center for a recall and a quote for a repair and everything went well until they asked me to pay 110$ for having them look at it I went to the service center for a recall and a quote for a repair and everything went well until they asked me to pay 110$ for having them look at it. When I told them that I didn't think I would have to pay for a quote they said they will get it waived by management only IF I give them all 10s on a survey that was emailed to me. I asked them what happens if I don't give all 10 out of 10's on the survey? The technician Adam Havens told me that his management would come after me for payment. Overall I was very displeased with the ethics and integrity of this business. I will not be utilizing this dealership any longer. More
