I understand it is necessary to get the required maintenance for my vehicle, I was very dissatisfied with the fact that I was given an incorrect price for the services needed. More

Unprofessional The dealership is big and beautiful but the service we got from Nick was subpar. There were many times we felt as if professionalism was missing. The way we had to negotiate back and forth between the middle man/head boss especially over $250, then walk away only to be called back right away to ageee to our price was annoying. Then we asked for the car to be cleaned, fluids filled, and an estimate on body damage was all ignored or shoved off. Then the cost to us was to include all fees which was untrue. We were charged at delivery and Nick did not get us a temporary plate, plus he forgot our extra key... just frustrating... the worst part was the grammar in emails and text... sorry More

Service dissatisfaction When i came to pick up my vehicle. I was on my lunch hour. I was second in line. I was asked to wait in waiting area.
