Brian was awesome! He answered all my questions in detail. Brian sent me pictures and helped my go through the extensive used car inventory on the phone. When I showed up today Brian was ready with the 3 choices I had narrowed it down to. After test driving the vehicles and talking with Ashley we knew what we were choosing. He was easy to negotiate with and we were able to come to a great deal for us. Berger is a step above the rest, many dealers are taking advantage of the car shortage to extort customers with huge mark ups. Berger isn't doing that! They have continue to operate with the honor and integrity you would expect from a 97yr old local family owned dealership. It really is "Always Better At Berger". It's a place where customers are friends and family. It's evident that these people care about you as a person and not just a sale. I was greeted with smiles and friendly attitudes everywhere I went in the dealership. I get the sense that the employees at every level of this dealership care. Plus it's hard to miss all the awards and community involvement when you walk the dealership. During the process I was greeted by management, General Manager, Finance manager, and Sales Manager just to thank me for my return business even though most weren't involved with my actual car deal. I go to Berger because I leave feeling like I visited with close friends. No pressure and employees that take pride in what they do. 5 Stars because they won't let me rate them higher. I was less than impressed the quick lube customer service. They lost the ability to process debit cards and I waited for about 20 minutes before leaving to go get cash and bring it back. The next d service. They lost the ability to process debit cards and I waited for about 20 minutes before leaving to go get cash and bring it back. The next day I had 4 pending charges for the oil change I just paid cash for. These 4 charges made me over draw on my account. The extra charges were reversed but no extra payment or coms were given for the extra fees that the bank gave me. More

I have bought many a car, and this purchase experience was by far the worst I have ever had. It should have been a slam dunk for Berger (Brian Isch) but the whole thing was fumbled from the moment we wal was by far the worst I have ever had. It should have been a slam dunk for Berger (Brian Isch) but the whole thing was fumbled from the moment we walked in to buy a vehicle picked out via phone call. Brian apologized many times for all of the mishaps that occurred when I tried to have a happy, exciting experience for my 84 year old mother to pick up her new vehicle, but it was insincere, repetitive and ended up being down-right irritating. My mother was so upset with the surprise upcharge, the fact that the vehicle did not have all of the amenities we ordered, and that the AWD was not working on it that she was demanding that we not accept the purchase. I prevailed and she took it home, only to have to drive it from Detroit back to GR the next week for service. The final straw is that she was given only one key remote, and Brian Isch insisting she got two. Isch, along with his "manager" Nicole Sadowski sent her an email say that if she would "fill out your purchase and delivery survey out with a perfect score, once he sees that he will order you a replacement key, and we can get it programed the next time that you visit." That seems a bit like extorsion. After her experience, you would think they would want to do whatever they could to improve her experience, not demand that she lie about it. My whole family have been GM folks for well over 60 yrs, but this was enough to really shake our loyalty. More
