So I ordered my truck April 5th 2022 and was told 8-12 week wait time. However ended up being a 16 week wait time. I also had to pay a higher price for truck alone than what was originally told and didn week wait time. However ended up being a 16 week wait time. I also had to pay a higher price for truck alone than what was originally told and didn’t relise till I got home. That’s not including gap and other add-ons. That’s just the truck I ordered. Was originally told 41.4-41.6k and ended up paying 42.4k not very happy about it. However I will say I’m happy with the friendliness of the workers of Berger and my salesman for dealing with my hundred calls. He never got mad with me and always got back with answers I needed that day. This is my 3rd car purchase from Berger and will probably buy another… however will go slower going over paperwork in the future. Overall I give dealership a 4-6 outta 10. More
