Service on car was good but ride to work was scary! Jeremy was my service person. He was nice. Wes was my driver for the shuttle. The service techs worked hard and isolated the problem to a parking brake line which was rubbing on the frame. Small issue but a great relief to have this sound eliminated. RECALL I brought my Equinox in for a recall. We were told it could take up to 3 hours and offered to drop us off at the Mall or where else we wanted to go. I brought my Equinox in for a recall. Said they offer price matching on tires and then charge another $80.00 for installing them. Everyone knows Bell Tire is one price out the door. Not a true price match when you want an additional $80. I had a 2016 Chevy Malibu with a loose rear view mirror and front driver and passenger side carpeting that wouldn’t stay underneath the door molding, from what seems to be a manufacturers defect in carpet length. I brought it into the shop with intentions to have both problems fixed. The rear view mirror was tightened and that looks great. They did not fix the carpeting problem though which is my largest annoyance. There was a GM bulletin that suggested adding precut foam under the door molding to help keep the carpeting in place. They performed that “fix” and called me stating the problem was fixed. I drive over and drop off the rental, got in my car, but my first foot into the car proved it was not fixed. The carpet immediately opened up and the insulation underneath was immediately shown as it was before I brought it in. After showing them, the service rep I was dealing with stated they didn’t replace the carpeting and they never committed to replacing the carpeting. I don’t care how the problem is fixed, whether it has new carpet or not, I care that someone said it was fixed, but if someone simply sat in the vehicle to test, they would have immediately noticed the problem remains. There is additional work to be done, but when I left the dealership the other day, I was more annoyed I’d have to come back and the problem still won’t be fixed. More

I live in Tennessee so m After looking online for a few days I found the car I wanted a new blue Camaro SS with the 1LE package at a Berger Chevrolet. I live in Tennessee so my first thought was to go though a local dealer, Mountain View Chevrolet and support the locals; I am Union after all. I called them and get a machine asking me to press one for sales, I should have stopped there. After talking to them to get the car they said they could, then tried to talk me out of it. They tried to sale me what I didn't want, and get me to buy what they had, or just order a new car. They didn't want to help me get the car I wanted and already found, in the process wasted a few days of my time. So I decided to go to the source I called Berger Chevrolet. Things instantly improved when I did. I was pleasantly surprised to hear a actual person not a machine giving me a friendly greeting. After answering a few questions about the car I was transferred to my Sales Consultant Heather Jensen. She was awesome, after explaining that I was only in town for a few days before I headed back to Austin Texas for work she talked me though the process and in half a day most of the paperwork was done. With the insurance and check in hand I then decided to fly up to Grand Rapids to pick up the car. She even picked me up at the airport. When we arrived at Berger Chevrolet I handed her the check then Heather and Greg got me the paperwork to sign. As Greg was making sure everything was in order. Heather went over the cars tech and features with me plus give me a quick tour of the dealership. This dealership is impressive with a long history. I wish I had more time to look around but I had a long drive ahead. After all the T's were crossed and i's dotted I became a proud own of a beautiful blue Camaro and began my 860 mile drive home. I would like to thank Heather and the Berger team for making this process so easy and being a pleasure to work with. I definitely believe I'll be back in the future for my next Chevy maybe Colorado, or Blazer but definitely By Berger. Thank you again, Thomas P. Campbell More

After gathering some information from them, they suggested that we come into the dealership and speak with someone. I then called back and informed them of when I would like to come in and view their inventory. Upon arriving, I was politely greeted by Brandi outside the front door. Her interest was to find just the right truck for me, and at no time did I feel that she was pushy or rude; she would only suggest. If they didn’t have what I was looking for in their large inventory, she would do her best to locate one. As a result, we found The One (upon the approval of my wife, ha). We easily settled on a no pressure deal. Two weeks later, I am very happy with my choice and said that I would love doing business with Berger again! More
