I had signed up online for the 15,000 mile service which included oil change with filter. tire rotation and topping off all fluid levels. The charge was to be in the 69.00 dollar range according to the online offer. When we went to checkout the bill was almost 100$. I explain to the service manager and he could not find the offer I described. He did make the adjustment after he could see I was upset that they had no record of this service. He charged me just for the tire rotation less than 20.00$. I told him that i wanted to pay more inline of what the offer I signed up for was 70.00$. i didn't feel right not paying for my service. I went home and checked online and could not bring up the service I had originally signed up for. i am not sure what happened and was sorry I had not printed the offer out. I purchased top off the line cx5 and would like to have service done at a fair price to everyone. Thank you scott jones More

Joe took the time to go over the whole car with me, explain all the features and even set up my phone and all the safety features for me. Love the car! Angelo was great to, he had my Financing in place by early Tuesday morning and win over all of the extended warranty options for me. It couldn’t have been an easier buying experience. They even send a driver down to pick me up so I could get my car before I had to go to work on Tuesday. Tire rotation I needed my tires rotated before taking a long trip. WVM got me in before my trip. They found a screw in one tire and made sure there wasn't a leak. Lying cheap sharks hidden under guise of a real business Bought a car from the pre owned section. They were great when buying the car. They would call 3-4 times per day to make sure I was still getting the car etc. I had to fax my insurance info to them 4 times because they kept saying they wouldn’t receive it. From the insurance company. Upon purchasing the car since it came with only one key I repeatedly tried to get another key made. Called and called to no avail. Again nothing after buying the car. The vehicle came with a great gash on the passenger door. It was agreed in the SALES CONTRACT. that this would be fixed. They covered it with touch up paint. Called and called to get this actually fixed. Their touch up job actually chipped off so I finally could see the surface rust. I called and was not taken seriously so I went up and they finally agreed to fix it. Finally bring it up and I told them it needed to be sanded down, and blended and actually painted correctly. So what do they do? Hit it with the same cheap touch up paint. I could have done that myself. Took the cheapest possible route and avoided me upon pick up. completely lied to my face and said they would fix it properly. After specifically saying it needed to be sanded properly and fixed. Absolutely trash experience with a bunch of snakes. Will never recommend. 0/10 More

The dealer where I purchased the car one year ago closed leaving me to find a dealer to service the car. Great choice on my part. They were courteous and very efficient. I had an oil change and had a problem with the remote start. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the sensor needed. Could not be more satisfied. Wish I could remember the service advisor's name, but I'm sure I will have another opportunity to send praises since I found a home for all my future service needs. More
