Great service I called on a Friday to have my car seen for a check engine light. Disappointed I scheduled an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation and decided to wait for it. Nothing more. The guy at the desk (i do not remember his name unfortunately) came out and asked if ive ever been there because he could not see (in the system) that i have ever been there and said he wasnt sure if "my boyfriend has been the one changing my oil" or not. I have been going there for oil changes everytime for the past 5 years. He then came back out and showed me $180 worth of things that need to be fixed because they were let go because "ive never been there". I told him i was just there a couple months ago and asked why i wasnt told they were bad then? No response. I was also unsatisfied when i told him no just to do the oil change and fix my tire that had an issue because he told me it would cost 19.95 and then showed up at the desk and said he had to charge an additonal $20 (which i was unaware of until it was done) as well as charging $80 for an oil change and other stuff that was replaced while doing so without letting me know (gasket, etc). I have never had an issue bringing my vehicle until this appointment. More

Good job was done I didn't know what was going on in general detail; although the job was done. I ordered the mirror casing from "Scott" and I didn't know I had to get I didn't know what was going on in general detail; although the job was done. I ordered the mirror casing from "Scott" and I didn't know I had to get charged for labor to the cost $95.00 for the mirror on the driver's side; I did not understand that cost was given to me.. Some people are overworked there; it's a very fast environment. I was glad to be informed on the recall for the driver's seat on Mazda with followup appt. Management should slow things down a little there. But overall, I was satisfied. More

Fantastic experience Our experience with Sean O'Dea and crew at Audi was fantastic. We traveled over two hours for a CPO and Sean made sure that our trip was not a waste. The vehicle was ready to test drive and inspect prior to our appointment and additional requests were met without hesitations. When we made the decision to purchase, we were beyond accommodated so that we didn't have to make another trip. Everyone was professional, courteous, and provided exceptional service. Even with the far distance, we would return to Wyoming Valley for our next Audi. More
Last minute price increase Through a series of phone calls, I was quoted a price on a certified Audi to bring the price within the recommended Kelley Blue Book value. Based on Through a series of phone calls, I was quoted a price on a certified Audi to bring the price within the recommended Kelley Blue Book value. Based on this price, I drove a few hundred miles to purchase the vehicle. On checkout, the dealership claimed that the value of my trade-in and various fees and taxes had already been factored into the price quote. This was nonsensical, as KBB values are not contingent on those factors, and our price negotiation had been clearly focused around the KBB valuation. We were having an apples to oranges conversation, and no one at the dealership really could explain the basis for their numbers (which ended up being around $700 more than what had been discussed). I was confident that they would eventually see why their figures were off base, but they refused to come off of the inflated price at all. It was beyond frustrating. I could have (and perhaps should have) walked away, but ended up eating the extra charge given the distance I had traveled and my need for the car. I expect this was merely case of poor communication by the dealership coupled with an unwillingness to compromise, instead of an intentional bait and switch pricing maneuver. But either way, I cannot recommend this dealership after my experience. To be fair, I did have positive interactions with the service manager and the finance / closing departments. But that doesn't change my overall negative experience. More
