My relationship with Tom Hayes began over email. After passing a few emails around, my fiancee and I decided to show up one day unannounced after a disappointing trip to a dealership I had bought my previ passing a few emails around, my fiancee and I decided to show up one day unannounced after a disappointing trip to a dealership I had bought my previous Toyota from. It was a rainy Saturday and there were people everywhere...the place was packed! We asked for Tom and explained that he wasn't expecting us.......no surprise he was with another client....again, the place was booming. While we waited for Tom, at least 5 other salesmen asked if we were all set....everyone was so attentive to make sure were taken care of. When Tom came out and I told him who I was, he knew exactly which vehicle we were there for.....as if we were his only customers. Within minutes it was ours. No pressure, great price and awesome staff....what more could one want when making such an important purchase?! I would recommend Tom Hayes and Berlin City to anyone!!!! More

Mr Hayes was a great sales person he went out of his way to help us. We were having cell plone issues and he continued to follow up by comp and land line contact.
