poor communications I was told by Vivian the day I dropped my car off that it would be ready the following day at 1:00 pm. My girlfriend called immediately afterwards and spoke to Vivian who said she called me 3 times. I went in and asked about it and Vivian insisted she called 3 times and said it went to voicemail. She said she left a message. She told me to look at my phone. I showed her the phone and said there was no message either. Vivian had no response. I will drive further next time to a different dealership. More
