My husband flew from SC to buy Z71 truck, he drove it back & 1st thing noticed on inside NO FLOORMATS AND NOT A FULL TANK WHEN PURCHASED. It is a 2021 model with 1900 miles on it, they left the original back & 1st thing noticed on inside NO FLOORMATS AND NOT A FULL TANK WHEN PURCHASED. It is a 2021 model with 1900 miles on it, they left the original window sticker in it. The new sticker shows custom made upgraded floor mats ($280 to purchase). Dealership did not have paper or generic ones in place. The dealerships that we are familiar with in SC, always fill up the gas tank, he did get 3/4. I just called and spoke with Charles, he brushed it off. He did offer to send generic ones after me specifically asking for custom made ones that was on the sticker. I do feel that since we are out of state and the transaction is completed, he feels that he's not obligated too. There is the difference between “having” to do something and the “right” thing to do. If you're considering a purchase here, make sure your spouse or significant other is with you to be your second set of eyes. I'm still wondering who removes custom made floor mats from a vehicle? They were not universal weather tech. More

We purchased a used 2016 Grand Caravan, from the dealership you work for Bettenhausen Dodge. Today as we drove the vehicle we purchased, we were completely surprised and unaware to learn that it dealership you work for Bettenhausen Dodge. Today as we drove the vehicle we purchased, we were completely surprised and unaware to learn that it uses e85 fuel. During the entire time, you never revealed that it is an alternative fuel (E-85) vehicle. If you have it could have made a more intelligent decision as to whether we wanted to purchase a vehicle. There are limitations to where we can actually purchase e85 gas Yes you can use other gas, but that should have been revealed: before we purchase the vehicle. In addition, the e85 decal that is normally on the back of every vehicle that uses such fuel was missing. However, you were able to put a dealer decal on the vehicle once we bought it; but the e85 decal was not there. Last night, while we were still at the dealership and just closing the deal, your porter placed the plates on the vehicle. My son took a picture, so we would have a record of license plates. There is no decal indicating that it's an e85 vehicle. This would have definitely changed the negotiation, and I think you know that. The fact that you omitted to tell us that this was an e85 vehicle; is a deceptive sales practice. So what is the remedy? We can return the vehicle OR renegotiate the sale price.
