Walked in not buying one, walked out with my dream car. So I've been looking for a Durango for the past year and haven't been able to find exactly what I wanted. As I stopped at Bettenhausen, Mike Kass appr So I've been looking for a Durango for the past year and haven't been able to find exactly what I wanted. As I stopped at Bettenhausen, Mike Kass approached me and guided me to the Durangos in stock. 2 particular ones caught my eye, and after listening to Mike I took it for a test drive. It was everything I thought it would be and more. As I came back, I explained to Mike my current financial situation and pricing along with how difficult it would be to get this 2014 Durango RT. Mike offered to crunch some numbers and even did me a huge favor getting me to the price I asked for. He explained everything at a level very easy to understand and answered every question I had. I walked out with my dream car and it's all thanks to him. Rita was also very helpful on giving me a walk through of the navigation, Bluetooth, and much more. More
