Mike Kass spent time with me and my wife on separate occasions explaining the options on different makes and models of vehicles as well as purchasing versus leasing. He fit us into a great vehicle that we can afford without trying to push us into a more expensive make or model. Hannah Papaleo (Delivery Specialist) took us through the new vehicle explaining all of the new vehicle features we weren't familiar with - very patient! The entire process took less than two hours. Outstanding Experience Car buying is arguably my least favorite thing to do. When we were unexpectedly thrust into the new car market, I began doing my research online. I Car buying is arguably my least favorite thing to do. When we were unexpectedly thrust into the new car market, I began doing my research online. I had contacted other dealers, but Kayla Powless was the only online chat person that was able to fully answer my questions and help me with my internet research. We decided to try Bettenhausen for a test drive. We were lucky enough to work with Micah Neely and Cody Novick. I was gratefully surprised by the experience. Despite my going in with a less than enthusiastic attitude for the entire car buying process, Micah made the process an enjoyable experience! We immediately felt at ease with Micah and felt he was "The Real Deal." He was informative, easy to talk with and honest. As the process went on, we were able to confirm that Micah IS The Real Deal. We later learned that we share a mutual friend that we both highly respect! Micah listened to what our family needed and made sure the vehicle we were looking at met our needs. For the first time ever, I even got my preferred color of vehicle! After the sale, Cody Novick walked us through how the vehicle worked, where things were, set all our phones up on Blue Tooth and made sure we were familiar and comfortable with the vehicle. The vehicle we bought was much different from any other we had ever driven, so his kindness and patience were appreciated!! Both Micah and Cody made sure we knew we could contact them at any time with any questions we would have. It should also be noted that both Micah and Cody stayed well past closing time to make sure we were set to go. They never rushed us. They really put us first! Without a doubt, I will not only be sending people to Bettenhausen, but I will tell them to specifically ask for Micah Neely and Cody Novick. We are very appreciative of all their efforts.
