New Car purchase I am absolutely positively tickled pink. This is my 5th Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I love the Jeep product. The others were purchased from Napleto I am absolutely positively tickled pink. This is my 5th Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I love the Jeep product. The others were purchased from Napleton's River Oaks. Their Service Department is the pits. Until my visit to Bettenhausen a few weeks back, I had forgotten what Customer Service was about. I drove in, your Staff immediately walked up to my car, pleasantly greeted me and asked how they could help me. They escorted me to the new car sales room and introduced me to Sonada. She asked what I was looking for and I explained exactly what I wanted and needed. In short order I drove off the lot with my new 2017 Jeep. She made sure my new jeep was cleaned, tags switched reminded me to call my insurance company to add the new jeep, explained that I could now get a prorated refund on all that unnecessary junk Napleton's sold me. Sonada introduced me to Cody Krivanec and he went over all the bells and whistles on my new Jeep, set up my phone and helped me transfer all my personal items, window sticker and toll transponder to my new Jeep. I was a customer service person for 36 years and I know what excellent service feels like. The polite, knowledgeable, friendly courteous style which your employees exhibited on the two occasions I visited should be packaged and sold to all customer service people. Knw that your dealership is only as good as the service you provide after the sale is made. keep up the good work. kudos to your special employees.
