Hamzeh and Bettenhausen are the best!! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Bettenhausen CDJ and my salesman Hamzeh. They were a shining light in what I would consider one of my darkest and worst car searching experiences of my life. I had been searching for my new car for almost a month now and in that time dealt with some pretty shady dealers in the process (one even sold a car out from under me after I had signed paperwork and put money down!). So, naturally, when I got to Bettenhausen I was on edge with dealers in general. Boy did they put me at ease. Hamzeh was extremely friendly and courteous. He made me feel right at home the instant we met. As a matter of fact, he had the car pulled up front, with my name on it, and he was waiting right outside for me when I arrived. And it wasn't the typical salesman swarm when you pull in and you can tell that all they care about is adding some digits to their paycheck. Quite the opposite actually. Hamzeh was very enthusiastic but not overly forward. It was like as if a good friend of mine was there to show me this awesome new car he had. I didn't feel any pressure at all and Hamzeh made every effort make sure I felt welcome. You can tell that he, along with the dealer itself, really care for their customers. Just to show how awesome they are let me tell you about an issue I had with my financing. This issue had nothing to do with the dealer as I actually showed up with my own financing that I wanted to use (which they had no issue with). Well turns out that the financial institution I chose to use (Nationwide, DO NOT use them unless you like dealing with issues) for some reason, unknown to me, decided to cancel my loan (without letting me know they had done so) and not send the payment to Bettenhausen. Now any other dealer would have been hounding me daily asking for their money, but they were very professional about the entire situation. They worked with me and my financial institution to get everything straightened out and even though it took nationwide 2 WEEKS to get them paid, they never became unprofessional or threatening in any way. I can honestly say that I was extremely embarrassed about the whole financial debacle Nationwide put us through, but Hamzeh was always reassuring and showed me that not all dealers are alike. Not all salesmen are alike. Hamzeh and Bettenhausen has earned a customer for life and I will be sure to tell everyone I know that they are the place to go! Thank you Hamzeh and Bettenhousen! More
