Service dept I was referred to your service department by one of your sales managers, Jamie Kwak. My VW had been leaking oil badly, and not only did the VW dealers I was referred to your service department by one of your sales managers, Jamie Kwak. My VW had been leaking oil badly, and not only did the VW dealership not fix it correctly, but charged me over a grand to do so. I was met with nothing less than exceptional customer and mechanical service from Bettenhausen--from Jamie helping me set everything up, to Rob Adams taking time out of his day to see exactly what was wrong with my Jetta, Tony Gibson for fixing my car (in record time!) and Jake B. and Joseph Prno keeping me updated on everything...I cannot say enough. I would have paid double what VW charged me for the service I received, yet I only paid a fraction! The quality of work, met with the outstanding team work and dedication of the employees--there is no other dealership to go to other than Bettenhausen!! More

Great experience! This was a big deal for me. I knew I wanted a Jeep but I'm a small person that has a hard time getting into larger cars. I had my eye on a few but did This was a big deal for me. I got in - no kidding - at least 7 cars and I drove 3. this man took EXTREME care to make sure that I felt comfortable and confident in my new potential car. when it came time to buy - another dreaded experience - Adam was easy-going, conversational and made that experience a pleasure. thank you, Adam.
