I’m one who does not like to waste my time and do not want to cheated ever on price! Needless to say that was not the case at Bettenhausen Jeep! Chad Simon, Manger and his sales team at Bettenhausen TOP NOTCH. You walk in and they treat you like family. I was able to get into my Jeep Wrangler 2016 within an hour! The reason why the process was painless and quick was because I knew what I wanted, knew my credit, down payment and worked with Jamie Kwak. I like most had a fear and dreaded dealerships. Prior to stepping foot on the lot, I spoke to Jamie about my want for a Jeep and gave her my negotiables and nonnegotiables. Jamie took what information I gave her and went out of her way on a daily basis to work with me on a payment and vehicle that I was comfortable with. For every question I had, she had a straight no BS answer. Before I left, Rick walked me through every inch of my vehicle with great detail! Awful I went in for a oil change and I am still having a awful experience. Frist, of all it took way over a hour. They losted my wheel lock lug nut bolt, a I went in for a oil change and I am still having a awful experience. Frist, of all it took way over a hour. They losted my wheel lock lug nut bolt, and now my car is running poorly. It is stalling out I had to get a tow. My car has Never Ever ran so bad. I went to 2 different car part places to attempt to get my car running like before and they said that other people have come in with the same type of issues After they had their car serviced at Bettenhausen. So, please be aware of this place. I called the manger and was transfer on the phone over and over again and it took 15 minutes before I was able to talk to him. And of course he Never called me back!! More
