It' What started as a service call on my 2014 Cherokee Latitude for an oil change and tire rotation, ended in a purchase of a 2016 Cherokee Trailhawk. It's only been hours, but I love the car. Charles Johnson took the time to drive my husband and I from the Dodge location to the Jeep location to show us the cars while my other one was being serviced, and once we found a car we loved, spent the time to make the deal work out for us and educate us. Highly recommend the dealership for service and sales, this is the 2nd Jeep purchase in less than 2 years, and recommend Charles too! More
