From the moment Steve Antalek introduced me to Dave Martinez, the process was seamless with no stress or pressure. Dave presented the dealerships offer clearly and explained any and all incentives available. To make a long story short, Bettenhausens pricing and valuation of my trade far exceeded the other dealerships we shopped. There were no hidden costs or smoke and mirrors. At the conclusion of the sale, Heather graciously walked us through the options on our new vehicle and offered her assistance for any questions or concerns in the future.
