Will NEVER buy a car without CASEY again!!!! We went to Bettenhausen Dodge Ram in Tinley, where we have had a good experience with the service dept for our Nitro in the past... specifically Danny We went to Bettenhausen Dodge Ram in Tinley, where we have had a good experience with the service dept for our Nitro in the past... specifically Danny Velasquez. We were now looking for a new Durango and Casey Dugan was helping us in our search. He explained to us about the "one price" that Bettenhausen has and took his time looking for a vehicle with the options that we wanted!! Actually took his time!!! On the day that we were to pick up the truck, my sister was pretty critical in the hospital and Casey had all of the paperwork ready for us to sign so that our time there was quick, in and out. I appreciated his manner in dealing with us and trying to help us with our needs, not trying to push anything on us! What a nice guy!! Thank you!! More
