My new Jeep purchase I met Charles Johnson about a year ago when I first started looking for a Jeep at Bettenhausen in Orland Park IL although I didn't buy at that time Ch I met Charles Johnson about a year ago when I first started looking for a Jeep at Bettenhausen in Orland Park IL although I didn't buy at that time Charles still kept in touch with me letting me know when new Jeeps came in and encouraging me to come into the dealership...honestly I had visited at least six other dealerships in my search and not one sales person was as professional as Charles...he was always patient with me he even stayed late on days to accommodate me, he was always very pleasant even when I knew that he was exhausted with all of my demands. I am very happy to say that a year later I am the proud owner of a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara all because of one salesman that refused to let me get away...I am very very pleased with my purchase and I am also very grateful to Charles for all of the help and in getting me a great deal on my new Jeep. I will refer all of my friends and family to Bettenhausen for all of their future vehicle purchases! More

Something Special Without the Hassle We were looking for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a number of after market accessories. After visiting multiple dealers and not finding anyone that c We were looking for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a number of after market accessories. After visiting multiple dealers and not finding anyone that could outline a clear process to achieve that we visited Casey Dugan at Bettenhausen Jeep. After explaining what we wanted, Casey made the whole process so simple. He helped us select the best base vehicle. We had originally gone to Bettenhausen through a True Car referral and we received the best price without the hassle of negotiating and settled on the Rubicon. Casey gave us advice on accessories and referred us to a number of 3rd party websites to chose accessories which Bettenhausen then ordered and fitted to the vehicle for us charging only for labor. Casey also arranged our finance. Again we checked against other sources and the rate was excellent. On delivery day we were in and out within an hour including a detailed vehicle overview. All paperwork was 100% completed and ready to sign. Overall Casey made the process of purchasing an out of the ordinary car extremely easy. Casey was our single point of contact for the whole process. We never had to deal with the Finance Guy, Parts Guy, Warranty Sales Guy etc. like you do in most dealerships. It really could not have been an easier process to get what we wanted and to feel that we got the right deal.
