2nd time around , same great service and attentiveness. This is my second purchase of a grand caravan at Bettenhausen. I would go no where else. No pressure, take your time, and look at various models. There was many models to look at with various packages. I want a 'shout out' to Charles Johnson for his knowledge, understand and patience! I'll be back for my next new purchase. One star is missing because of the 'push' to sell me an extended warranty, a second and third time. One' no thank you' should be sufficient. Please do not bring down you philosophy to sell a$2000 product. I believe the business manager is new to the Bettenhausen way, it might take a few more months to understand your culture. More

Casey was very knowledgable about each of them, and helped us quickly narrow it down to the one that had all of the options we were looking for. We had never leased a car before, but were considering it, and wanted to know our options. Casey was very knowledgable and explained all of the different options we had in leasing vs buying. Bettenhausen's no haggle pricing made the purchase go very smoothly. We never felt pressured, and Casey did everything he could to try to get us the car we wanted at the price point we wanted to be at.
