I later founded out that I was charged for a extended warranty that Casey never mention to me or talk to me about and I would have never agreed to an extended warranty nor did he mention the car only takes E85 gas. I also have a document for a 30 delayed transaction for a check I wrote which was cashed the day after I spoke with Eric casuing other checks in my account to bounce spoling my sons Christmas. I clearly told Casey that I would bring the funds to the delarship. I actually had the funds the day I came to speak with Eric however after he told me to contact Chysler Corp regarding the employee discount, I decided to wait on the outcome before I gave the funds. I would never/ever recommend this dealership to anyone. More

bought a lemon they refused to replace as per chrysler Bought 2 vehicles from their 1st jay dye was great well we traded that van in on a 2014 t and c in august 2014 well unfortunately the van has been in Bought 2 vehicles from their 1st jay dye was great well we traded that van in on a 2014 t and c in august 2014 well unfortunately the van has been in the shop for an electrical short which chrysler agreed to replace it for us but chrysler told to go to the selling dealer which was bettenhausen cjd after speaking with john t we picked a vehicle and they were going to forward all paperwork to the buyback dept at chrysler however after 3 days i get a call from chrysler saying bettenhausen would not assist us even though we bought it there lesson learned never trust a dealer that does not stand behind what it sells however the great people at mancaris honored chryslers buyback and is assisting us good to know there is honest dealers still More

Easy to work with I surprised my wife with a new vehicle that she had wanted for awhile during the holidays. Charles did a great job finding exactly what I had request I surprised my wife with a new vehicle that she had wanted for awhile during the holidays. Charles did a great job finding exactly what I had requested and still was able to give us a reasonable price for the vehicle. I found Charles to be very easy to work with, knowledgeable of the line, flexible in his approach, congenial, friendly and very accommodating. The overall sale was "easy peasy" for both of us; between trying to hide a large purchase for the holidays and having a very limited amount of time to spend at the dealership taking care of paperwork, Charles did a great job of handling most of the work behind-the-scenes and being well-prepared when I was able to squeeze out some time. A huge thanks to everyone at Bettenhausen. The wife loves her new Jeep! More
