I was wrong I was approached by Charles who simply gave me his card and asked me if I needed to test drive a vehicle to let him know. I went in and asked to test drive a vehicle and I simply loved it. I then continued to walk the lot and Charles helped me find the color I wanted and still stay within my budget. I was scared I would not get financing and Charles kept looking until he found the best solution for me and still managed to get me within my budget. This has been one of my best experiences when buying a vehicle. I will be referring all my friends out there. More

I enjoyed the ability to walk freely around the lot without having to deal with the typical pack of bloodhounds, I mean car salesman, and when I was ready to get more information Jay was there to assist me. He did a great job of working with me to get what I wanted in a Jeep as I had a very specific list of wants and I felt like he listened to what I had to say throughout the process and worked to find the vehicle that I wanted. He showed me multiple options and models and discussed what could be done to meet my "demands". Ultimately I ended up with a vehicle beyond my expectations and could not have been happier about the quality of the people I interacted with and the overall experience. I feel like it's not very often when the one expending large sums of money actually says thank you in the end but that is how I feel and is befitting of this experience. Thanks again! More

I purchased a 2014 100th Anniversary Dodge Challenger this week, picked it up this afternoon, and am absolutely thrilled with the dealership setup (big thumbs up for their no negotiation/no pressure policy), its employee friendliness/helpfulness, and the high standard they've set for customer efficiency. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Dodge, and if "stars" were the rating system, would give Bettenhausen 10 out of 5 stars! More

MaryAnne was in desperate need for a new ve To Whom It May Cocern, My name is Jake Haleem and my girlfriends' name is MaryAnne Joseph. MaryAnne was in desperate need for a new vehicle as her current vehicle was on its last leg. She bought her car (pontiac grand prix gt) brand new in 2002 and paid cash for it. She asked me if I would go shopping with her to look for a new vehicle and I told her of course I would. I asked her what kind of vehicle she was intrested in and she said a Jeep. I said good luck because I knew that they where probably out of her price range but we went looking anyway. Our first dealership we visited was Mancarrie dodge in Oak Lawn on 5-3. I had seen a ad in the paper advertising GREAT prices and a JEEP BLOWOUT SALE!! Not even 120 seconds after stepping foot on the property, I can see the hungry wolf charging towords his pray!!! I wasn't sure if I should run and take cover or stay and fight back!! I chose to stay and fight because i am a snake!! (Hence JAKE the SNAKE) LOL Anyway we where face to face with a Steve Garcia. He seemed nice but I can instantly tell he was a typical salesman who was only concerned about making a sale and his commission. I am not opposed for him to make money, that is his job and lively hood. Long story short, he had lied to us, told us what we wanted to hear and told us stories of other customers which I don't know or care to hear about. I just wanted the TRUTH and he made us feel like we where completly stupid people and didn't know right from left!! We left feeling violated!!! The following weekend Saturday 5-10, we went to Bettenhausen after i learned about your dealership while searching online. MaryAnne and I arrived on your lot at about 2pm and started to walk towards the new Jeep Trucks waiting for a salesman to hound us, to my surprise we where left alone to look without pressure. We where really surprised and impressed to look without presure of a salesman. After about 30 minutes of looking we noticed a man walking towards us asking if we needed any help and we said yes, he then introduced himself as Matt Tasuro and shook our hands. We told him what we where looking for and he was AWESOME!!! Matt showed us Jeep after Jeep and told us to take a test drive on any one that we where intrested in, he even took the tops off so we can get the true feel of driving a Jeep!! He continued to work with our price range and even though our price range was below most Jeeps on the lot he never gave up on finding us a Jeep that we wanted within our range. Matt was EXTREMELY determined to see us happy and drive off with our dream JEEP but he was never pushy!!!! We finally found a Jeep that we fell in love with (it was silver but we really wanted something darker) and Matt sat down with us and ran some numbers and it was still just a little beyond our budget. After looking at our trade in and our down payment and running some more numbers we where very close to our target. I asked many questions about our soon to be new Jeep and Matt was EXTREMLY helpfull!! We then had to leave as it was late and had to pick up our son from the sitters. We told Matt we would call him Monday 5-12 to run a credit check, when MaryAnne called Matt on Monday he told her that a new JEEP with the same package had just arrived but it was a dark mattelic color, she told him to run the credit and it came back with a slighty lower rate then we expected and therefore our payment was well within our range!!! MaryAnne called me with the great news and we called Matt and said you got a deal on one condition, we would like a remote start installed as part of the deal. Matt called us back and said no problem. MaryAnne and I said start the paper work we will be in by 7pm tonight to complete the deal..We came in and after a couple of hours we drove off in our new JEEP JEEP!!! Matt is a AWESOME salesman and I consider him a friend. I would not hesitate for one second on purchasing a new vehical from your dealership as long as it is MATT T that is handling our purchase!! Matt was never pushy, intimidating, rude or disrespectful!! He is without a doubt a asset to Bettenhausen Jeep!!! More

Dave didn't play the sales game of making me wait while he spoke to the person in charge of appraising my vehicle. Obtaining financing was simple and efficient. I never left Dave's desk as he explained the financing options. The interest rate was great and the terms options were flexible. I would strongly encourage people to contact Dave and Bettenhausen for any vehicle needs. I've never used Bettenhausen before.
