Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

We had a recall on the truck 1500 - 2010 yr (saying the rear axle was having issues and could go at any time) and a service light on my wife's 2012 Journey at the same time. My wife drives and cannot - not have her car not start (at night) which was happening. We tried to get in and it was 3 days minimum with each occasion. I did not feel comfortable to drive with a chance I had to get towed in with the recall. Contacted South Oak and they helped us out and very friendly. I have bought at least 4 new cars from Bettenhausen only to have them move off of Oak Park Ave to 159th with no service at the FIAT location except oil changes with no notification the service was be relocated fully. I bought from them for the ease of dropping the car off with the train being a walk away. I have to say Bettenhausen "was a neighborhood" friendly shop, but years ago. Not the same dealer ship where I purchased my first car. I know they have great reviews but I am not one of them. I expected I would have received the same service I was sold. No more Bettenhausen. Fortunately, I chose the perfect dealership as this experience was haggle-free, fast and simple... I got the car I wanted at a great price. The car I picked out online was exactly the car that was sitting in the lot, with no hidden surprises or extra fees. I worked with Dave who set everything up to make this as simple and quick as possible. While there were a few small hang-ups, Dave quickly worked to resolve them. Although I primarily worked with Dave, I noticed there was great synergy among the team with everyone doing their part to help, without being invasive. I would definitely refer family and friends to Bettenhausen or anyone looking for a simple, fast and honest car buying experience! More

We went to Bettenhausen Jeep on a Saturday and it was super busy. A friend had recommended that we see Dave Carrol because he had purchased multiple cars from him and he said that Dave was all business super busy. We found this to be very true. Plus as busy as Dave was, he was working on a deal with other people when we got there, but he still made sure to touch base with us every 15 minutes or so plus he set it up so we could test drive the car we wanted and have our vehicle appraised so when he was ready for us it went very quickly. Super friendly people there and I would highly recommend this dealership and Dave Carrol. I will definitely be going back to this dealership when the time comes. More
