The way I was treated at Bettenhausen is the way all dealers should be. Jose Silva was my salesperson. He couldn't have been friendlier or more professional throughout the entire process. From the test drive, to the price, and financing I couldn't have been happier. I will absolutely recommend anyone that I know to shop here first. There won't be a reason to go anywhere else. I purchased a used 2009 Equinox. After having the car for a week I went out to start the car. It wouldn't start so I called the dealer. They had it towed to their service department and found out it needed a new battery. I purchased the car without a warranty but when I asked them what I owed when I picked it up they said I didn't owe them anything. This wasn't a Chrysler product but they sold it on their lot and stood behind it. You won't find many car dealers that would do that. Bettenhausen has a customer for life! Shawn Laverty More

The experience was great, Steve was a very energetic sales person. He was able to answer several of the questions my wife and I had, if he wasn't sure he would do what he could to find the answer. We didn't know the dealership was closing early that day due to the weather but Steve stayed and took his time with us and after signing the paper work for the new van he took the time to show us how all the bells and whistled work on the car. When he couldn't get the price approved we offered he gave us an oil change package that made up the difference. More
