This was by far the most pain-free car transaction I've been involved with. From the moment I stepped in to the dealership, I encountered nothing but kind and helpful people, from top to bottom. Nick Pattenaude was my sales person and he was great. Answered all my questions and stuck with me (even though I was a pain in the ass!). I test drove thier Grand Caravan R/T (Silver) but it was not the color we wanted, so Nick purchased the Gray model from another dealership. I still couldn't make up my mind because I haven't seen the blue. So Nick went and purchased the blue from another dealer! I went to the dealership on Nick's day off to compare the Blue and Gray models, side-by-side. This is where Kyle helped out...waiting and chatting with me while I gazed at both for about a 1/2 hour! Came to the dealership to replace a Malibu that I have been having probelms with for months. Nick was very friendly and showed me an Avenger. First Chrysler I ever bought; met Don a couple of months ago and told him my wife was interested in a 300; told him our payment on Chevy Trailblazer and he said he could beat it.
