After a terrible experience at another dealership, Bettenhausen was able to locate the part to repaired my vehicle the same day. I had to wait longer than expected to receive my car after payment but, Bettenhausen was able to locate the part to repaired my vehicle the same day. I had to wait longer than expected to receive my car after payment but, the service staff apologized and provided exceptional customer service to correct the issue. Mike was great he made checking my Jeep in very easy process. This was the first time I ever had to bring my jeep in. My husband used to take care of all of the needs of our cars. He recently passed awa process. This was the first time I ever had to bring my jeep in. My husband used to take care of all of the needs of our cars.
