I visited Bettenhausen’s service department twice this month (October). Once for an oil change and to have headlights replaced; the second time was because I purchased some bad gas and my engine light came on (scary). During both visits, Amy eased my great concerns. I felt not only welcomed, but like a valued customer as well. I owe that great customer service to Amy and the amazing service staff! Recent service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee I was extremely concerned when my 2015 Grand Cherokee was having transmission shifting problems. I immediately brought it into Bettenhausen Jeep where I was extremely concerned when my 2015 Grand Cherokee was having transmission shifting problems. I immediately brought it into Bettenhausen Jeep where I have all my service and repairs done and met with Service Advisor Ryan Joritz. Ryan ran a scan on my Jeep looking for transmission problem codes and assured me that it would be looked at by a Transmission specialist. Even though I was without my Jeep for almost a week due to the complexity of the repair, I was called numerous times by Ryan who would update me on the status throughout the process. My Jeep is as good as new thanks to Ryan and his team. Thanks again More

Oil changes First off I am not blaming the dealer, rather than a misinformed, or forgetful lube guy. I took my jeep JL for a free oil change under the wave progra First off I am not blaming the dealer, rather than a misinformed, or forgetful lube guy. I took my jeep JL for a free oil change under the wave program. After reading problems posted on the JL forum, sure enough my engine was overfilled. I am a mechanic and this is not good for an engine. Luckily only drove 300 miles this way. Pre- Jl engines take 6 qts. New 3.6 penstar only take 5 qts.. drained out a qt of oil myself and saved it if I experience any problems. I have had other work done, and all has been just fine. If you own a new JL and had it serviced here, CHECK YOUR OIL LEVEL! Again I'm sure it's a poorly informed lube guy, not the dealer! More
