What I would call FRAUD and plain greed My son purchased a Dodge Dart and did not experience any problems with the transaction. Time for service... different story! Check engine light comes on during a road trip, takes it to the dealer thinking it should be under warranty. Less than 16k on it and dealer said AGS sensor was broken. AGS louvers are in the grill apparently for mileage improvement. Anyway Dealer said someone damaged it by hitting something but there was no evidence of that at all. Only 1 code pulled up (P1D73) They also stated that there was another sensor that was bad and they would order that and replace under warranty. Well, I decided to investigate and found the plastic cover on the AG Sensor / Motor had come loose on one side. Very easy to snap back in place and that fixed the problem with the AGS. Dealer wanted $600 + labor to fix what I did for $0. Also they never called back for the other sensor that they reported as being bad. Not only do I sense the dealer of trying to take advantage of a customer by replacing parts that could have been easily fixed but I also believe they were trying to defraud Dodge by saying there was another sensor bad that they would replace under warrant. NEVER again!!! Do not go here for any service. More

The best part was it didn't take 5 hours at the dealership, he didn't have to run into another office 50 times to get me a price, there was no one else at his desk threatening to buy the car while I was thinking about it . We had a recall on the truck 1500 - 2010 yr (saying the rear axle was having issues and could go at any time) and a service light on my wife's 2012 Journey at the same time. My wife drives and cannot - not rear axle was having issues and could go at any time) and a service light on my wife's 2012 Journey at the same time. My wife drives and cannot - not have her car not start (at night) which was happening. We tried to get in and it was 3 days minimum with each occasion. I did not feel comfortable to drive with a chance I had to get towed in with the recall. Contacted South Oak and they helped us out and very friendly. I have bought at least 4 new cars from Bettenhausen only to have them move off of Oak Park Ave to 159th with no service at the FIAT location except oil changes with no notification the service was be relocated fully. I bought from them for the ease of dropping the car off with the train being a walk away. I have to say Bettenhausen "was a neighborhood" friendly shop, but years ago. Not the same dealer ship where I purchased my first car. I know they have great reviews but I am not one of them. I expected I would have received the same service I was sold. No more Bettenhausen. That being said, good luck. More

I will definitely refer friends and return when I'm ready to upgrade. More
Nick Nowak really helped me out a lot with my Jeep Grand Cherokee warranty repairs. He directed me to a fantastic service writer, Courtney Chigaros who made sure my vehicle was taken care of and that I had Cherokee warranty repairs. He directed me to a fantastic service writer, Courtney Chigaros who made sure my vehicle was taken care of and that I had a car to drive home in, so I wasn't left without a car while they worked on mine. The warranty repair was completed once the part was shipped to them and I was paired up with my Grand Cherokee on a Friday morning rather than the anticipated Monday pick up date. Overall extremely happy with the service there. I didn't feel like I was getting yanked around like at most other dealerships. More
