Excellent, our 5th Honda CRV Started in 2012 when we walked in to Bianchi Honda Dealership and met our sales person Ted, we knew that we were in the right place. He greeted us wit Started in 2012 when we walked in to Bianchi Honda Dealership and met our sales person Ted, we knew that we were in the right place. He greeted us with a big smile on his face. He happened to be by the front when we drove up with our 15 year old car. He was probably thinking these people need some help. Walking in came up to us and greeted us, I said to him we need to get out of having old vehicles, and his reply was I will keep you in new vehicles if you want. Being an older couple, My reply was, we knew nothing about buying a car, it had been a long time. He said come back to my desk and we can talk. the next question from him was, do you want to buy or lease a vehicle, and my reply was I know nothing about leasing a vehicle. So he kind of smiled and laughed and went through the process of buying verse leasing a vehicle. What do you have any idea of what you want. That question we could answer, we had been looking for 3 years at car shows and car lots after hours. We had definitely wanted a a Honda All Wheel Drive CRV. For 2 reasons, Honda quality and reliability and all-wheel drive, I was always getting stuck in our driveway. We talked to Ted about leasing the CRV, looking at the figures it was it our best option, believe me, and saved us bucks. From then on we were at home Bianchi Honda.Ted and the staff have been have just great, in customer service and any questions we may have had. Ted has been true to his word. He has gotten us good deals over the years, and we now have our 5th Honda CRV. Honda Corporation and Bianchi Honda really watched out for us over the years. Thank You So Very Much. We agreed to go back the following Tuesday and with no pressure my wife purchased a brand new HR-V. It was not the most expensive model but it was the one she was happy with. Joe walked her through it and never once thought any of her questions were stupid. Great place and great people. They treated my wife with great respect which is what I want when I am not around. Tim was a fantastic salesman that was in no rush whatsoever. He wanted to make sure I got exactly the car I was looking for while giving me a lot of different options to choose from. Tim made sure he answered all of the questions that we asked, even if he didn't know them right away. Not only was Tim helpful, but many other employees offered to help me while Tim was not right by my side. Overall, a great atmosphere with great customer service. I enjoyed doing business with Bianchi and hope this car will last me for years to come. More
