I went to Kristal Auto Mall to discuss a new lease. I met Michael Rickett. To say that he made the whole experience exceptional is an understatement. It took longer to get the insurance information from my insurer than the whole process. I drove out of the showroom with my new car in under 2 1/2 hours. Michael gave me everything I asked for, made the paperwork seem easy, set up my OnStar account and paired my phone, without any problem.
