Thank You Dave George I brought my old 2007 Tahoe in for repairs, but after seeing how much work needed to be done, I decided it was time for a "new" used Tahoe. I had my heart set on a BEAUTIFUL 2015 Tahoe that had all the bells and whistles, but was concerned about the cost, since we are still repairing our home after hurricane Sandy made a mess of it. When I explained this to Dave George, he told me of a 2009 Tahoe that had just came in. He could've sold me the higher priced vehicle very easily, but he did the right thing and told me about the lower cost 2009. The 2009 Tahoe was in GREAT condition, low mileage and CLEAN! Thank You Dave George for all your help!! I will be coming back to you for my next car, without a doubt! xo More

We looked at the GMC Acadia, the Buick Enclave and the 2017 Chevy Traverse. Andrei was incredibly helpful from the moment we stepped in. Traveling with my five year old daughter and two month old son, it can sometimes be difficult to talk business, so to speak. He took his time and understood my situation, answering several questions more than once as I dealt with the confusion. While talking numbers he had mentioned the 2018 Chevy Traverse had just hit your lot. He walked me to the new car area and I knew from the moment I set in it that this was the vehicle we were looking for. Doing our best to be smart consumers, we did our homework and visited several other dealerships. We returned to Kristal with a number in mind and Andrei and Jamil worked to get us to where we had to be. This morning I arrived with my mother to pick up the car and was given a full step by step tutorial of how the car worked along with the OnStar system and the brand new interface within the vehicle. The finance manager, Dan, was personable and friendly and worked to get us in and out as quickly as possible. From start to finish everyone I dealt with within this dealership was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and willing to do just about anything to make my experience as easy as possible. I've already got a couple of compliments on the vehicle and you can be sure I told whoever was asking me about it where to go to get the best possible experience. I was politely approached by Mr.Charles Griffin who took utmost care to ensure that our visit will be a pleasant experience. Although I made it clear that we were not quite ready to acquire a new vehicle - it did not deter his willingness to show us the available models on the lot. At the end of the tour, his simple request was for us to identify a vehicle of our choice, and he will be more than happy to provide the monthly leasing cost and the required down payment. His proposal fell within our budget range, and needless to say - in 45 minutes we were able to successfully 'close the deal'. We got the car we wanted at a price we anticipated. I would highly recommend Mr. Charles Griffin to anyone seeking the services of a polite and well mannered individual, in addition to having a high level of expertise in the products he is representing.
