He had an excellent understanding of the various models and their differences and was able to break everything down in a way that was simple for us to understand. We truly felt that George was most concerned with our leaving the dealership with a good feeling about the purchase, rather than simply being concerned with getting the sale. Out of many vehicle purchases, this purchase was the most enjoyable, and it had nothing to do with the vehicle that I purchased (which is also impressive). Thank you! More

Very satisfied. We recently purchased a Cadillac SRX. Zulfi greeted us as soon as we arrived at the dealership. We received excellent service from the moment we walked in until we received our new car the following day. Zulfi gave us a loaner car to use overnight as the car we purchased was not at their dealership. Zulfi even followed up with us on the following weekend to make sure that we had everything we needed and didn't have any further questions. Compared to other dealerships in the area they seemed the most willing to work with us on the specific model/color/features we wanted, and made sure we received a fair price. Overall great experience! Would recommend this dealership. More

How car buying should be From the start, speaking with Jimmy, the GM, over the phone I knew it was going to be a good experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the entire sta From the start, speaking with Jimmy, the GM, over the phone I knew it was going to be a good experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the entire staff. When I sat down with Lui I explained my past dealings with a competitor dealership, who had even went as far as to bad mouth Ron Carter so I wouldn't go there. He assured me he would do his best to make this a smooth and satisfactory experience. He didn't try to play any games with me, the price advertised was the price I paid which was a great deal. During my time there, Jimmy and Charlie came over and spoke with me and answered any questions I had. During the finance process, Kelly was knowledgeable in every aspect of the buying process and secured me a lower rate by calling a bank personally. In my honest opinion this should be the only place in Houston that anyone should ever buy a Cadillac or any car for that matter at. Out of the 12 dealerships I've dealt with over the past 15 years, this was the smoothest and easiest experience, thanks again guys. -Tom More
