Mr. Shurafa has been advising me for two years in hopes that we could eventually finalize a sale. He is the nicest most patient man with very sound advice. Today was the fruition of that hard work and I thank him from the bottom of my heart. The brand purchased was a Huyndai. I incled that here because the website is not allowing me that option. As delightful as it wuld be to purchaes a Cadillac I chose a Hyundai Accent. More

My 2014 Cadillac CTS car was in for service and the rain came way to much and my car was flooded my heart was broken. Called Insurance what a mess with the help of Stuart Saracoza his help in getting the work done for me was wonderful, then Amie came to help me I was so up set she is so sweet and helped me to understand that they were working on my car.Amie called me everyday to make for sure I was alright I put all my trust in Stuart and Amie because they realy care about you the customer . They worked in a very professionah way when all the work was done on my 2014 CTS it was possible for me make a new deal for a 2015 SRX. I am so very happy with all my time at Ron Carter I was treated with the most friendly people and I appreciated that so much.I don't think any dealership would have been as wonderful as the Ron Carter Cadillac.I just want to say thank you to Stuart Saragoza, Amie Gulli and June Barron for there help in getting me through all of this . I went in thinking that I would not be able to get into a NEW car and this time around it actually happened. Everyone that helped me went over and beyond the call of duty and made it happen especially George Clark. What a great guy and was very patient with me through the whole process. He really knows what great (badass) customer service really means. He has a customer for life and will definitely recommend him to friends/family. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVIE!!!! One last thing...the price on a brand new ATS Coupe 2.0T...WOW. You really need to come into this dealership and visit with them. You won't be disappointment!! :-) The names that I checked off they were either really nice in making sure that I was comfortable in waiting for this deal to go through or I actually worked with them to complete/sign/go through the car buying experience i.e. George Clary! Go see him when you need to buy your next car!!!! More

When we met one of the sales person Mo shurafa who was really Friendly with such a wonderful attitude.We explain to him our situation and he said that he was going to do everything he could and he did i am glad he was able to help us fix our problem. I would recommend Mo since he is a wonderful person who treats his customers wonderfully. More

Poor Service update ***UPDATE** I was contacted by the service manager who was very apologetic, even gave me his personal cell phone for contact. He appeared genuinely concerned about what happen and wanted all the details. Asked that I contact him if I was even in the area for service again. I am from out of town and had a problem with my brakes so decided to take my Escalade to the dealer. I am an insurance adjuster from out of state, here trying to help get everybody with damage inspected so they can get their claim settled and repairs made quickly. I have appointments daily so getting my car fixed quickly is important. I walked in to the service department around 8:30am and was promptly greeted. I explained to the gentleman that I needed to get some service done to my vehicle. The service adviser asked me what name the appointment was in. I told him I didn't have an appointment and explained my situation. All I got from him was a chuckle and smirk when he told me "I MIGHT can get to you in two or three days". He didn't even bother to ask what I needed done or anything else. Not even an offer to try. Pretty poor service. Sure, I am not a local person and may never be back, but you can be assured I won't be coming here should I ever be back in the area. I took my vehicle to Norman Frede Chevrolet and they took me right in. More
