Great Experience - Love my new Ruby I'm very happy with my new Cadillac. When another Cadillac dealer wouldn't help me, I didn't think I was going to be able to get a Cadillac. I was a I'm very happy with my new Cadillac. When another Cadillac dealer wouldn't help me, I didn't think I was going to be able to get a Cadillac. I was already trying to get another type of car-a car that I really didn't want. Then Mark called me and said to come in. I was so excited. I didn't think he could make it happen but he did. Jimmy was also very helpful and nice. He also helped make it happen. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant to deal with. It was not your typical dealership experience. Well, I could not have When Angela Davis emailed me about my interest in buying a Cadillac SRX, I thought 'here goes another unethical salesperson'. Well, I could not have been more wrong. The experience I had with Angela was the best buying experience I have had in the past decade. Angela, came to my workplace for a test drive, I wanted three things in order to sign for the Cadillac. In order for me to have the three (3) conditions, Jimmy (General Manager) stepped into the picture. At the end of our conversation, I was shaking his hand and hugging Angela. Ron Carter Cadillac, you have excellent people and you have restored my faith in the car buying process!!!! More

Excellent Customer Service I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks to Angela Davis for going above and beyond the call of duty. She stayed past closing time and continued to work on my purchase. for at least 2 hours. Angela called me that evening with a quote. I received another call the next day to confirm our meeting time. She is pleasant, professional, patient and a caring individual. After the purchase of my vehicle, I received a text message reminding me that she would be available to assist with any question I had. Angela was so courteous during this entire process. I was so impressed with her knowing I was her first customer. She had been in training 6 days prior to this sale.
