Billy seemed very much in a rush to be done with my appointment. He did not communicate well with me or answer all my questions. When I tried to get another person on the phone he was very impatient an appointment. He did not communicate well with me or answer all my questions. When I tried to get another person on the phone he was very impatient and stated “its easy…” Sorry I wasn't born a mechanic nor have the desire to learn how to be one. I’m not that good with technology either. Apparently Billy was due to leave for vacation and thats the excuse I was given by his co-workers. Also my car was never washed even though it stated to do so. I have since sent a follow up contact and spoke with someone attempting to buy my vehicle about an issue I have had since leaving there but I haven’t received a response back. I will never return to Big Star after this experience. More

Our representative was, Trey Johnson, who was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the Ionic 5 that we purchased. If I choose another Hyundai in the future, I will ask for him. In addition, our finance guy, Jimmy Kirby, was a pleasure to work with as well. Most of our time, however, was spent with Trey and we didn't feel like he gave us the stereotypical "used car salesman" pitch. The major concern I had with this car deal was being "forced" to take out a Hyundai Finance Loan if we wanted to take advantage of the $7,500 rebate. I am NOT happy about this AT ALL. I was prepared to pay for the entire car outright with cash, but was told if I did I wouldn't be eligible for the $7,500. It seems that this was a decision made by Hyundai Motors and, if so, I don't like this decision. Furthermore, when I found out what the interest rate was (7.9%) is absolutely ridiculous--especially with having a credit score of 793. Seems like a ripoff!!! This part soured my experience with this dealership and Hyundai. More

Experience poor communication that my vehicle was ready after services which resulted in the dealership keeping my car for the weekend when it was only supposed to be a few hours for a recall.
