Communicated via text for over a week. Told them my offer on a used vehicle before going in. Vehicle was listed at 39,980 online. I told them “hey, I live an hour away. Get there and they show me a price sheet with a price of 41,980 and they’ve got 3500 worth of add ons before TTL, that they didn’t disclose. Then the sales guy proceeds to try and talk me into going to a 75 month note since the price is higher than he said. This place is living up to the “used car guy stereotype”. Mark and avoid, people. Six weeks for service completion is way too long! Appreciate Hyundai’s Goodwill repair but service time was extremely slow and inconvenient for customer. If I had not continued calling for updates 1-2 times a week, do not know when car service would have been completed. Juan should/could have been authorized to give a courtesy maintenance service that was done on the car. More
