When final delivery occurred, all known deficiencies had been corrected as promised. Also, as discussed during the sales process, this particular vehicle carries a certified preowned warranty backed by the manufacturer. All preowned vehicles are otherwise sold as-is, per signed agreement. Since you do have additional manufacturer coverage, please direct your concerns to a local Land Rover dealer that provides warranty service. It’s what was written and promised. You’ll be hearing from my attorney. I’m paying for a car that does not work and big star knew this and In the beginning offered me to get out of contract and now you’re going back on your written agreement. Scam. It is at Land Rover. It’s been there. The car doesn't work. Big star sells lemons and doesn’t hold their end of the deal. I’m paying for a car that I’ve never had in my possession more than a day. Melanie, Thank you for your review and taking the time to speak with me earlier. We are sorry that you feel you did not recieve a top-notch experience from us. As I explained, due to your rental car circumstances, we deviated from our usual pre-delivery process to ready a vehicle for you the same day your vehicle arrived. Normally, our pre-delivery process can take up to 48 hours. Reflecting on this, we should not have made this exception. In the course of doing this on your behalf, we rushed the wrong vehicle. Additionally that was not properly communicated internally, and left you in the middle. We made a mistake and we take responsibilty. You state that you were 'lied to'. I respect that as perception is reality, that's on us. However, it is important to note that we had nothing to gain by promising to deliver the vehicle when we could not do so. Also, when you came to take delivery, we provided an alternate vehicle for you to drive (at no charge to you including gas) while we readied your vehicle. We are truly sorry that you feel we were taking advantage of you. You have tried to explain away how everyone involved in this drop the ball but it doesn’t matter I will never come to the dealership again I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone friend or fore because you guys got over and I know you feel like just because she will never come we got her money and so what but as I walked into work today and my coworkers was admiring the car and ask where I got ift from my respond was never go there and never tell anybody to go there apologize don’t rectify the bad deal and the unprofessional that was given to me .

You don’t seem to understand that it was not because I had a rental car issue it was not because you gave me alternative car free of charge it is and ALWAYS will be because you and your sales team was incompetent and told one lie after the other I hope that in your future you will practice honest and how to treat customers with respect and not place the blame on the customer you came in expecting professional with care and understanding maybe you should have a team building workshop on how to and get it right in the future.
