Horrible service at Dealership. I went into the dealership with a printout off of the Big Star website for a vehicle I was interested. I also went in with a CarMax quote for my tr I went into the dealership with a printout off of the Big Star website for a vehicle I was interested. I also went in with a CarMax quote for my trade-in. The dealership didn't want to honor their own website, nor the CarMax quote. After over 2 hours and me saying "Pull my car back up, because I am no longer interested", they agreed to honor their website price and the CarMax trade-in quote. After I purchased vehicle, I waited another 2 hours to get the paperwork to sign and get the vehicle. The finance guy actually left the Big Star location and went shopping for 30 minutes while I was waiting. The entire experience took over 4-1/2 hours and 90% of the time was waiting. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever experienced. The sales guy was very nice but he didn't seem to have any authority to make any decisions about what he could sell the car for nor the price he could give me for my trade-in.. More
