Paide over $250 for something, I don't think was even done to my car. Brought my car in for an oil change, they tell my there is a small leak. Service writers are always attentive when discussing how I describe issues with my vehicle. I took my car with 29K miles in for an oil change and was told I needed a $3500 repair on an engine gasket. I told the service person that I had a platinum extended warranty in my glove box that should cove told I needed a $3500 repair on an engine gasket. I told the service person that I had a platinum extended warranty in my glove box that should cover this. She told me I would have to call my warranty to see. I have never had a dealer do that before. They always took care of that and told me what was covered. I told her just do the oil change but later she came back and told me the repair would be covered fully under my drive train warranty. I feel this is info I should have been given the first time not put through the stress and shock of being told what my bill would be. Later they did provide me a loaner car and 3 days later got my car back and no bill. Just feel the original information could have been handled better. The service was fine though and timely More
