Wrong video provided, once the right video was provided after my 3rd callback, the first 35 secs of video was garbled and I couldn’t understand the tech. Not sure if the tech is speaking to quickly or is mic quality issue but the video was not helpful and I ended up having to call back a fourth time to request a printout of the diagnostic paperwork to be provided to me via email. Had a printout of the diagnostic been provided to me from the very beginning before I left the dealership, that would’ve helped and saved everyone time eliminating the need for the callbacks for further assistance.
