Very convenient, painless experience. Unlike most dealers, they gave me their best price up-front and skipped the back-and-forth. Franco was a pleasure to deal with - he was incredibly responsive, always willing to answer questions, and very friendly. Horrible experience! Not only did we have a terrible experience at the dealership being ignored for almost 30 min after our test drive, when the manager called to follow up with me I was talked to like experience at the dealership being ignored for almost 30 min after our test drive, when the manager called to follow up with me I was talked to like I was an idiot. He did apologize but at the same time went on to scold me by reminding me that I had been on their site at least “3 times” so I was aware of pricing and should have been the expert apparently. I don’t appreciate being talked down to or feeling like another sale that day was more important then we were. More
