We had a great experience at Biggers Mazda in Elgin, IL. Brian was very personable and was quick to answer any questions we had. They made sure we took advantage of every promotion available including the military a discount as well as low financing. David took me through every aspect of the vehicle from first-hand knowledge, not just spewing specs. They didn't have the specific car I was looking for on the lot. Ron was able to find one at another dealership and had it on-site in less than 24 hours. They prepped the car with great attention to detail and then made sure that I understood how all of the features worked and answered any questions I had before I drove away. More

My visit to Biggers was actually the best buying experience I have ever had. They were incredibly helpful in getting me the amount I needed for my car, finding as many rebates as possible and getti experience I have ever had.
