When they sold me the car, the touch screen was not working. They told me that they ordered a new one from Japan and it would take 3 to 6 weeks to get here. Now they tell me that I am waiting for a refurbished touch screen and that there is only one place in the US that refurbishes them and that it is taking a really long time. So I have had no radio, no ability to play music, and no navigation screen for 7 weeks, and who knows how much longer it will take. I want them to send me a new one, since that is what they promised. Parents were trying to be nice and buy me a new remote key, paid 260 and left with the impression that I would be able to come in, collect, and have it activated for that price.
