With my car recently totaled in an accident, we had a bit of a time crunch to get a new car and Tom was able to help us out. He went out of his way to find us several cars in the area that matched the color and model we were looking for, which was obviously a tougher job since we were looking for a 2016 and they were running out of them quickly. Tom and his team were pretty straightforward and not only got us the car we wanted with some extra features, but they were good at advising us on the best deal to take. While we got confused about the money at one point, it never felt like this team was trying to take advantage of us. Ultimately, we are very pleased with the car and with Biggers for their treatment during this process. We especially appreciate Tom going to get the car for us, having it nicely detailed and ready when he said he would, and the time he spent showing us all the bells and whistles. And while we didn't have to take advantage of it, it was nice that Biggers was willing to give us a loaner so I could have something to use to get to work if my rental from the insurance company ran out. Excellent Experience My husband and I each own a Mitsubishi. I want to start with the Service Dept. that we have taken our cars to for years. Part of our reason for coming back here is because of the Service Dept. and Keith. He is extremely trustworthy and loyal. So as we walked in we were greeted by Tom Bitner. Seems like when walking in a dealership a person gets that "here we go, hope it's not a high pressure salesperson or I'm outta here." Well let me tell you that Tom is not that at all but very in tuned to what our needs were and didn't push us. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and educated us to the "new" stuff on the vehicle too. His knowledge and personality made us all the more comfortable and willing to keep looking and talking. The test drive went very well and we ended up buying a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport that very night. What did the clinch was the warranty that this Mitsubishi dealer offered. They have a special package that only a few Mitsubishi dealers have in the nation. You just can't pass this one up. So now we meet Jose and find out he's not at all like the "normal" closing guys. There's no hard pressure here either and actually listened to where we were at and what we could afford. My Mitsubishi is a 1998 Montero Sport with 197,000 miles on it. I love that SUV!! Now we have a new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and traded in a 2004 Mitsubishi Outlander. If you need a vehicle please see Tom Bitner. You will NOT be disappointed at all.
