Dealership communicated with me in a decent amount of time and set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. The vehicle was nicely detailed and ready for me upon my arrival. Overall I really appreciate this dealership it wasn’t as bad as some of my previous experiences with car buying. The finance manager Joe Graves finished the deal. Bought a new 2022 Eclipse 2 years ago. We have brought the car in for service 3 times because the hands free calling on the steering will not work. Plus the we continually lose our screen and radio stations and contacts. We were told that they don't know why it keeps happening. On Memorial day 2023 we came in interested in moving out of our 2022 because it's not what we paid for. My wife didn't want to go back but I wanted to see if any upgrades had been done to the new models. After speaking to our salesman about our problem he went and brought his boss out to speak with us about our problem. After 20 minutes and his efforts to try and Make it work he acknowledged that it was not right., said Sorry and walked away ....... what kind of service is that. He knew we had been looking at a few other vehicles and might have bought another vehicle. I'm sorry but that is NOT how you treat a customer. I have had people ask me about my car and where I bought it and my answer has always been. The car could be real nice but I would recommend staying away from your dealership I'm still under my warranty but your dealership has no interest in helping me. Most of your salespeople have been nice with the exception one of your managers that has made it really clear to us that it NOT his problem. This us the first time that I have ever wrote a review, but this is the first time I have ever been treated like this as a customer. More
