I liked this dealership a lot. They've always done good service and I felt they were honest. However, the last time I was there they left a very large scratch on my rear driver They've always done good service and I felt they were honest. However, the last time I was there they left a very large scratch on my rear driver side door. They did not admit to causing this scratch but they nevertheless did try to resolve it. After 2 days (they provided a loaner) they returned the car to me but with a fairly poor result. They sent the car out to have this repair done and when it was returned the manager was heard to say "I could have done that!". The scratch is still visible. I accepted it in the end because the car is not perfect in other ways, but based on this experience I won't return. Even though they tried to correct their mistake, the correction was insufficient. I choose to get dealer service to prevent these kinds of shenanigans. So I was disappointed in the overall experience. More
