I recently purchased a 2021 Volvo xc60 from Bill Jacobs. Russ was my advisor and I could not have been happier with the whole process. I ended up at what I felt was a fair price based on my research and w Russ was my advisor and I could not have been happier with the whole process. I ended up at what I felt was a fair price based on my research and we got there with a minimum of haggling. Admittedly I was not low balling them but the price difference from there ask was around $2K. So not insignificant. I was very happy with the straightforward way Russ conducted the negotiation. He was also very responsive to my questions via text and to a few requests I made. Other than coming to see the car initially and to pick it up, the balance was conducted remotely . I am 2 hours away so was especially thankful for the no hassle approach. Follow up by the support staff on paperwork was very well done , again with no hassle, I obviously had an excellent experience with them and was happy to write a few words . They are definitely one of the best dealerships I have dealt with in the last 20 years. More
